My passion is creating revolutionary and thought- provoking ideas that bring positive change in the lives of people and organizations ... and then making it happen and winning.
Scott is a 20-year seasoned veteran who, over the years, has developed a keen sense of creating organization-wide value by working cross-functionally. Scott spent twelve of his twenty years in the management consulting industry. During his tenure at Accenture (then Andersen Consulting) he was awarded the Accenture Innovator of the Year award in 1999 for developing and implementing a new market offering globally for the firm. Scott’s work includes consulting process transformation projects for companies such as IBM, AlliedSignal, Novartis, Lucent Technologies and Philips NV, to name but a few. His ability to work and envision cross-functionally is driven by direct staff and consulting experience in functional areas such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Supply Chain (Materials Mgmt, Procurement), Finance (A/P, A/R, Cash App), Operations and Performance Management (Balanced Scorecard, EVA).
In 2004 Scott teamed up with sales training guru, Bob Beck, in the development and launch of an offering never before seen in the marketplace, appropriately called Executive Link. Under Scott’s guidance Executive Link has been evolved, marketed, sold and deployed as a tool used to apply six-sigma principles (learned from manufacturing consulting experience) to functional areas that are traditionally unaccustomed to such an approach.
Recently, he has become the author of a newsfeed called Revolutionary Marketing and Sales Strategies dedicated to organizationally enabling a true consultative/solution-selling approach and tackling the difficult tasks of building and nurturing executive level relationships.
